What file type should i send?
Any images being uploaded needs to be clear with good quality. It is advised that all logos are PNG with a transparent background.

PRODUCTION TIME

ORDER REVISION
Please review your order carefully before submitting and (if required) when approving your order, any add-ons or any changes outside of what is provided to us after 24 hours of your order being confirmed will result in an additional $15 revision fee.

CLIENT APPROVAL
The client will be emailed a proof and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalization and submission. You will receive 2 free revisions to the proofs,anything after will be subject to a $15 per revision fee.

RESTART FEE
If your design requires approval I will contact you via email (kuteekustomz@gmail.com) to discuss & approve the details of your order. During this time you are required to make sure everything is correct such as, spelling, colors, etc. The client has 48 hours to respond to our emails and proofs, after this grace period, the order will be terminated/fulfilled, and the client will have to pay a $15 restart fee. Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients. We ask that you openly communicate with us. We will do our best to accommodate special circumstances.

RETURN & REFUND
All sales are FINAL, unless a mistake is made on our end that we can't fix. No refunds, exchanges, store credit, returns, or cancellations.

All our shirts are unisex. Our shirts are cotton, if you would like your shirt a specific material you will need to contact us*additional charges may apply.* Please do not wet or wash your shirt for 24 hours.
